Description
The villa is situated on a 2500 m² plot in one of the most beautiful residential areas of the island. The exterior of the villa includes in the entrance area a beautifully landscaped pond with a bridge to the main entrance. The entrance is accessed trough an electrical, metal gate that opens automatically with a remote control and provides parking for 1 – 2 cars on the property.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper floor of the villa for max. 6 people in the main house. There is a seperate Appartment on the side of the villa for 2 more persons.
The large round pool with 8 meters in diameter and dining area with a covered BBQ are surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with lush shrubs and palm trees.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with fireplace, LCD TV, sound system and a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a utility room with washing machine. In the spacious entrance hall there is also a guest toilet. There are 2 free tennis courts within 200 meters available which may be used exclusively by the residents of the street.
On request, it is possible to rent the additional studio apartment (one bed & bathroom) please enquire.
